SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 When will my order be shipped?

We will send your order within 3 business days of placing your order, with Australia Post. Expected domestic delivery time is between 1 - 8 days.

 How much does shipping cost?

$11 - Flat Rate standard shipping within Australia

$15 - Express Shipping within Australia

Free shipping over $150 within Australia.

Delivery Time (within Australia)

Regular Parcel Post (Sendle): 2 - 8 business days within Australia.

Express Parcel Post (Sendle): 1-4 days within Australia.

Please note, SOUNDHERO is not responsible for any delays or missing parcels once within the Sendle courier system. We are also not responsible for incorrect address details that have been entered at the time of purchase. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!  Shipping costs will be calculated at the point of checkout.

All our international orders are posted via Australia Post.  Your order will be sent within 1-3 days of receipt of your order (excluding weekends). 

Please check your local provider on expected delivery times for parcels coming from Australia.

  

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery where the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it (including original packaging), with a proof of purchase.  

Please email askus@soundhero.com to start the return process. Please include images/video and if your return is accepted, we will provide further details on where to return the package.  You will be responsible for any postage costs associated with the return.

If the parcel has been lost or damaged during transit, this will then be the responsibility of Australia Post / Local Courie.  Any claims will need to be managed directly through them.
