REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Please ensure you make your selection carefully and review your order prior to purchasing.
We test every alarm prior to shipping to ensure the product is up to our standards, before it gets to you. In the rare event that the product no longer works by the time you receive it, please email askus@soundhero.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product, with images/video, and we will assess the issue with view to replace the product or product a refund (where we agree the issue is a manufacturing fault).
If the parcel has been damaged during transit, this will then be the responsibility of Australia Post and any claims will need to be managed directly through them.
